Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the United Kingdom by courier within 24 hours of despatch. Mainland UK (not Highlands and Islands).

When do you deliver?

Vegetable box scheme
Vegetable boxes are delivered once a week on a Friday. Orders should be placed by Monday for delivery on the following Friday.

Meat & Meat Products
Meat boxes are also delivered on a Friday but are subject to availability, orders may take upto 28 days to allow for hanging and maturing. You will be contacted with a delivery date after orders have been placed.

Do I have to order a kilo of a specific product?

No we prepare your order to your requirements, and so if you would like 500g of mince in 250g packs then let us know in the special instructions when you order on our secure online shop.

What if a product is out of stock?

In order to maintain the high quality and freshness of our products, some lines will be limited and, therefore at times unavailable. In the event of a product not being available a similar or superior product may be substituted.

How much are delivery charges?

A Vegetable Box delivery is just £4, extra items can be included in the box. Additional boxes can be delivered for less, according to weight.

A meat box delivery is also £4 with additional boxes cheaper according to weight.
Please Note: meat boxes and vegetable boxes delivered in the same consignment to the same address should attract a reduced two box rate.
